The story of Elite Auto Glass Plus began with the friendship and shared passion for cars between two Mount Carmel High School graduates, Roland Haupt and Johnathan Powers. From a young age, they bonded over their love for automobiles and pursued their passion by attending Universal Technical Institute. Roland specialized in auto mechanics, while Johnathan focused on automotive bodywork.
After working for a large corporately owned glass company and gaining 20 years combined experience; Their dream of owning a business in the automotive glass industry became a reality through the support and mentorship of Carol and Eric Longacre. Together, they established Elite Auto Glass Plus, starting from the ground up on open land at 2760 Point Township Drive, on Route 11 in Northumberland.
